Give & Glow

We believe that when one gives to another, one can't help but glow. On a larger scale, when we give our time, talents, and/or financial support to others, in turn, we are spreading a joyful glow to those in need throughout the community. We call our mission "Give & Glow".  When you buy Delta Glow, trust that part of every purchase will help bring much needed resources and support to those in need.

We intend to donate 5% of yearly profits to 5 non-profit organizations in Western North Carolina.  As beneficiaries this year, we have chosen:

• BeLoved Asheville... Much of BeLoved's work focuses on health equity and community wellness/health. They provide such programs as street medics and medical support for the homeless/formerly homeless, a street pantries program, and community resource distribution for healthy food, diapers, school supplies, formula, toys for kids, plants to grow food.
• Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth, and Families... Begun in 1904 as Mountain Orphanage, the Home began its ministry taking in children whose parents had died or disappeared.  Today, they serve youth from birth through college graduation and beyond through family foster care, residential care, transitional living and independent living.
• Brother Wolf Animal Rescue... BWAR enhances the lives of companion animals. Working across county lines with the goal of saving the greatest number of lives possible thru strategic, creative, and impactful programming.
• Children and Family Resource Center... The mission of the Children and Family Resource Center is to nurture the development of children by building a strong foundation of family and community.
• MountainTrue... MountainTrue champions resilient forests, clean waters, and healthy communities in the Southern Blue Ridge Mountains.
